The latest book in the Beauty Bible series “The Anti Ageing Beauty Bible” which was launched in March of this year by authors Sarah Stacey and Jo Fairley is available today on Eason Offers for the bargain price of €7.99, a saving of €17.00 apparently.

Here’s some of what Eason’s have to say about it:

This title contains chapters that include guidance on skin, hair, make-up, hands, feet and nails, sleep, exercise and much more. There are top tips for taking off ten years in minutes as well as the secrets of inspirational older women. And of course Jo and Sarah’s trademark ‘tried and tested’ reports on scores of health and beauty products – reliably tested by over 2,400 women. Packed with insider info from the world’s leading experts, this is the bible for the older woman, showing you how to look, feel and be fabulous forever.

I’ve made one purchase from Eason Offers a few weeks ago, a Disney book for my godson which was delivered by DHL less than a week later. I’ll definitely be picking up this one too.

Following my post yesterday, as promised here are a few photos of the Essence & Catrice bits I picked up:

One of my local pharmacies has had a stand of Wet & Wild cosmetics for a few years but now their distributor has discontinued the brand so the price of all items has been slashed, most below 50% off. Unfortunately, I came across the sale quite late (was too busy honeymooning) but did manage to snap up a few bargains – I have a little obsession with lipsticks and glosses so was chuffed to find quite a few to choose from.

Wet & Wild products are budget friendly anyway with most items under €5 but I nabbed 3 lipsticks and 2 glosses for just over €6.50 – amazing value! The Silk Finish lipstick was €1.13, the Mega Color lipsticks were €1.23 each while the Mega Plump glosses were €1.50 each.

The lipsticks are quite sheer but can be layered to build up more colour if desired. I’m not usually a fan of plumping lipglosses as I don’t like the tingling that’s associated with them, however, the Mega Plumps are ok – there is a slight hint of mint when first applied but thankfully no trout pout!
